What Is PRP?

The WEL Foundation Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is a
licensed community-based mental health program that provides
counseling, recovery services, support group, and promotes successful
community integration with community resources.

Our Mission

The WEL Foundation’s mission is to facilitate the successful participation of
persons with a mental heath diagnosis to live in the community supported
by outcome-driven programming to address living, working, and social
functioning.

Support Services

Through our Support Services, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in the community through management of mental health, management of overwhelming stress, management of daily activities, manifestation of hope, regulation of mood, increased coping skills and strategies, and functioning to your optimal ability.

Community Development

Goals for each of our consumers  depends on their individual needs and diagnosis. The goals are created through an entire collaborative process that includes, but is not limited to the client, their representatives/support system, clinical supervisor, therapist and psychiatrist where applicable. The goal is for every consumer is to help restore their level of functioning to the best of their ability so they are able to perform and live life with much success and productivity.
